As our first toller, Skye rules the Skyesong pack.   From the day she arrived, she took over the household, and she has an intense love of life, and her enthusiasm shows in every thing she does.

Skye began trialling in 2001, completing her obedience "CD" title in three straight trials.  Since her debut in the agility ring she has completed many titles, and she was the first Toller in Queensland to gain a Jumpers Masters Title.  She was also the third dog in Queensland to gain a Gamblers (GD) title and she and her teammate were the first Queensland dogs to gain a Strategic Pairs (SPD) Title with the implementation of the new games events in 2006.   In 2008, she won first place in Masters Agility at the Brisbane Royal show, and has continued to pick up many placings throughout her career.

In addition to her obedience and agility competitions, Skye began competing in Lure Coursing events in December 2000.  Her first three events were the Summer Cup series of three races in which she went on to win the Cup for 2000/2001.  In December 2001, Skye was awarded the Aristat Trophy of Best Score in Group for 2001, and also the President's Trophy for Number One All Breeds 2001, the top dog in Queensland for 2001.   She managed to beat all the traditional coursing breeds, including greyhounds, salukis and whippets to achieve this award.   Our little gundog beat all the coursing dogs at their own game!  In 2002, Skye completed her Field Championship, making her the first Toller in the world to gain a Lure Coursing title.

In 2011, with a move to Victoria, Skye began competing in NADAC agility trials.  She quickly began gaining titles in this new venue, and the week before her twelfth birthday she competed at the 2011 NADAC Nationals, picking up 15 qualifiers, with nine first placings and five second placings.   Skye shows no signs of being prepared to slow down any time soon, and continues to throw herself in to everything with enthusiasm.
